I have got usbmlc with 1tb usb hdd wich works

If I perform a Nand Aid and if I do a shitty job does USB MLC still work if I removed C655

Or what could I do else then the USBMLC ???

C655 has no effect on RedNAND setups on the Wii U. The component isn't necessary for the Wii U to function, which is the primary reason Nintendo removed it from the design and many of these consoles don't have it from the factory.
